Children at Clonaneese
Crèche facilities are available during the morning service and for special occasions. There is a good range of fun toys for the children to play with while they are carefully looked after. Crèche enables the younger children to be let loose and gives the parents/guardians an opportunity to concentrate during the church service with the knowledge that their child is being looked after in a safe environment. If a problem ever does arrise, the guys working the sound and overhead projector will be informed via walkie-talkies and will display a message on the screen notifying the relevant parent/guardian.
Sunday School meets at 10.00am, before morning service with forty children on the roll and nine in the Bible Class. The Go Teach course is used in both Sunday Schools and a band of dedicated teachers seek through Scripture to encourage personal faith in Jesus Christ, growth in that faith and how to live it out at school or college and promote a missionary interest.
Children between the ages of 4-8 years old leave the church after the children’s address and have their own special time in the church hall where they are taught about the Word of God and have fun while the rest of the church service goes on.
